Digital Product Notice
All products sold on WedWell.Store are instant digital downloads (PDF and Excel files). No physical item is shipped. Because files are delivered electronically and immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances listed below.
We want you to be able to actually use what you paid for. We will provide a full refund or a corrected file, at our discretion, if:
- You never received your download. Your confirmation and download email never arrived and our team cannot resend it.
- The files are defective or corrupted. A file won't open, is missing pages, or doesn't match the product description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (accidental duplicate purchase).
